At Penn State Clothes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Nittany Lions gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the packing slip is included.

  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
